We prefer to keep our clients involved in the Web development process throughout the duration of their project. Although automation is one of the goals in Web development projects, it is not one that we are anxious to apply to client management. Assigning a project manager to each project provides our clients with a one-to-one relationship.
We also create an account for each client on our Project Management System. This system allows our clients to monitor the status of their project at any time through a Web-based interface. These two methods of project management have proven to be highly effective in creating a successful Web experience.
