Jon Hess earned his Ph.D. at USC, MS at Indiana University, and BA at Wheaton College in Ill. Jon served as VP and Dean of Students at Westmont College from '73-'89. From '89-'99 he focused on executive coaching with focus on intensive life management groups. He currently serves as TEC Chair; TEC Worldwide is a 40 year old, for profit CEO organization with over 5,000 members in US and 10 countries. This spring 2000 he founded Burgess & Co., LLC a strategic planning company for small to midsize businesses.

William D. Fairfield was admitted to the California State Bar in 1965. He received his bachelor's degree from Occidental College and his LLB from Hastings College of Law, University of California. Bill left the Ventura County District Attorney's Office in 1967 to become a partner of William P. Clark, Jr., who originally founded the firm. Bill specializes in Estate and Tax Planning, Family Succession and Business Law. He conducts seminars and workshops for clients and colleagues, and just completed his tenure as Chairman of the Board of the American Heart Association, California Affiliate and the Ventura County Boy Scouts of America.

Fred Bonus is currently founder and CEO of the US and European based Internet and Wireless strategy company, ForQuest. Fred's career spans Europe, Asia and the US with a formal International Marketing education in Brussels. Fred has previously served as President of Arinso International, an e-HR firm with distinguishing clientele including Anderson Consulting, Deloitte ICS and Amtrak. Prior to this Fred served as General Manager of Tecnodata, a computer-consulting firm in Benelux, Germany and Italy.
